Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Mexico! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodations. We've chosen to stay at the Moon Palace Cancun, and would encourage you to stay with us!
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.
2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.
3. Transportation to and from the airport CAN BE INCLUDED in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun.
4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.
Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. We also suggest using Google Flights to track flight information as they will help you determine when the best time to purchase tickets! If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package this can be arranged with our agent as well. In the reservation form under special request say "YES" to the flights and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.

If you want CANCEL FOR ANY REASON insurance it has to be purchased at the time of the booking (or within 7 days). It covers UP to 75% of the cost and it's the only way to protect with COVID!

Rooms reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the rooms blocked, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.
If two of you are paying for the room, you CAN use two separate credit cards to pay.
You can make payments MONTHLY or AS NEEDED until the final payment is due.
When you fill out the reservation form it does not automatically make your reservation or charge your credit card. The information is sent to me so I can review it first.
If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $107 a day/per person.
Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process. You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the Easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Shumps Dreamy Getaways (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.
A minimum non-refundable deposit of $150 per person is due no later than November 1st, 2019, in order to secure your room and shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation.

It is time to check your passports to make sure you know where they are and that they have not expired. It is important to know that since you’re traveling out of the country, a valid passport might not be enough to allow you to board your flight or cruise ship. It might expire too soon to meet the foreign country’s requirements.
You will need a Passport that is VALID at least 6 months after travel date.
