We have blocked off 20 rooms (under Alex Woods). When you call to reserve your room, ask to speak with Laurianne (she is the one taking care of our party) and mention my name. She will then take all your info in order for you to secure your room.
In the event that she is not working that day, leave a message with reception and she will get back to you ASAP.
