We have a 24-hour emergency line available for our clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach one of our in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your problem.
Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the Dodson-Hernandez wedding party that are booked through us will not be placed in another resort due to overbooking.
There are additional wedding events that are only available to guests that book through Lisell Travel.
We recommend that all guests arrive no later than October 22, 2021 to enjoy all of the wedding festivities.

Interest Free Payment Plan
You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the Easy Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment request online. It will give Lisell Travel, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.
A minimum deposit of $100 per room is due to secure your booking, in order to secure your room and roundtrip ground transportation.
A second payment of $500 per room is due by March 29, 2021.

Closest airport to the resort is Cancun International Airport (CUN) .
We recommend booking your flights as EARLY as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline. Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them.
Flights will open for booking approximately 330 days before departure (10 1/2 - 11 months prior to departure) for most major airlines. Other airlines do not open reservations until 6 months before. We recommend purchasing international air tickets 6-9 months prior to departure for the best rates and flight options.

Rooms are reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 30 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfers.
If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $100+ a day/per person.
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of Lisell Travel, LLC please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.
