However, you must purchase the insurance no later than 14 days from the day you make your reservation. FYI, CFAR is not available for New York State residents.

We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation.

We've chosen to stay at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya, and we are so excited for you to come and stay there with us!

Many details are below, but here are a few very IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 adult guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.

3. Transportation to and from the airport CAN BE INCLUDED in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

The closest airport to the resort is Cancun International Airport (CUN)

 We recommend booking your flights as early as you can, but make sure to check the prices to see if you are getting a good price! You can track flight prices on Kayak, Google flights and the Hoper app. We suggest using Google Flights to track flight information as they will help you determine when the best time to purchase tickets!

 Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them to save money on flights.

Shannen is also working on trying to get a group ticket rate because it appears that the majority of our guests will be flying out of Boston on 2/19/2022.

It looks like most of our guests are either staying for 3 nights and returning to Boston on 2/22/2022 or staying 5 nights and returning to Boston on 2/25/2022.

If you are planning to fly out of Boston on Saturday 2/19/2022 Can you please reach out to Shannen and let her know what date you are planning to fly back to Boston. A group rate ticket is only an option if there are at least 10 people on the same return flight.

Of course if you prefer to travel separately you can book your flights separately using any site you like and with any airline you prefer.

While Susan’s Travel Services doesn’t provide flight services, please send your flight information to their team so they can help book your transfers to and from the hotel!  

You don't have to pay all at once!

Book early and take advantage of the Easy Monthly Payment Plan.

It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online.

It will give Susan’s Travel Services, LLC permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.

 A minimum non-refundable deposit of $200 per room to hold and you can make MONTHLY payments till final payment. Ask Susan’s Travel Services Team how!  

DO YOU OFFER TRAVEL INSURANCE?
Yes. We offer “Cancel for ANY reason” insurance with your room block. It is the only insurance that will cover COVID! It covers cancellation up to 48 hours BEFORE you travel and you get back 75% of the cost of the trip. If not, we also sell insurance that is canceled for "covered reason" ask us how! DO YOU BOOK AIRFARE?
No. We do not do air for the trip as many of you use miles and other options, but we suggest using Google Flights or the HOPPER app to track flights. Please email Susan, our travel advisor with your flights once you have them booked so she can help with transfers.

CAN I ADD SOMEONE TO MY ROOM?
Yes. You can always add a person to your room after your reservation has been made as long as it doesn’t go above the room occupancy limit. If you’re waiting to make a reservation because you’re not sure if someone will be with you in the room, we suggest you go ahead and secure your reservation now and then add them later.

CAN I SWITCH THE PERSON IN MY ROOM?
Yes. Just send Susan an email with the name of the guest to be removed along with the name (as it appears on their passport) of the new guest, their birthday, and email address. Once Susan has this information, she will make the adjustment.

OH NO! SOMETHING HAPPENED AND I CANNOT MAKE IT. WHAT DO I DO?
If you can’t make it to the wedding, send Susan an email (she has to have it in writing) letting her know you need to cancel your reservation. She will then email you a confirmation. If you cancel before December 1st, 2021 they will refund you your deposit (minus insurance). If you cancel after December 1st, 2021 it is in full penalty and you will not receive a refund.

I WOULD LIKE TO STAY AN ADDITIONAL NIGHT BEFORE/AFTER THE ROOM BLOCK. HOW DO I DO THIS?
If you would like to stay for additional nights, please ask Susan Green our travel advisor and she will request them for you.
