Shanice Valentina! We met around middle school and became closer over the years. She is one of my closest friends and my Soror. I know that no matter the circumstance, when we get together we're going to laugh and it's going to be a good time. I appreciate her support, especially during this super unpredictable wedding planning process. She's always optimistic and down to ride.
I could talk all day about this guy....he's more than just my cousin. He's my brother and a mentor. I've learned so much from him. I've relied on Del from when I was a teenager into adulthood. We can talk about anything from sports to finances and the stock market. Del has been a great example of a dependable, punctual, and overall intelligent black man. He's been there every step of the way (since birth) and I know he'll continue to be there for me, so that's why he's my Best man.
Pais is my right hand man. We're both from Hartsville but we didn't meet until college. We had the same major (Electronic Engineering) and started hanging out after class. We may have had our ups and downs throughout our friendship, but our bond remains tight. He's kinda been like a big brother as well as a friend. We have similar personalities so when we get together it's always a good time.
Big Les! Man, we've known each other since we were in elementary school because we lived in the same neighborhood. This man is dependable, and to be honest, Leslie helped me be comfortable with myself in being a "big guy". It's apparent in his demeanor and the way he carries himself...smooth, calm, cool, and collected.
Big bruh! This is my oldest brother out of the three of us (rest peacefully Casey) and maybe the most popular...he could be the Mayor of Darlington. Since the passing of our brother, Casey, our bond has grown a lot. I've watched him become a father, to my nephew LJ, and over the years and his adversities and hardships, Ladrone keeps a positive outlook in life. He has a hustlers mentality and he's made to push through the toughest situations. He's always told me that he's proud of me and my accomplishments but I also commend him as well for always being a fighter and never giving up!
