This page is where you will be able to book your travel.
Please see the below instructions and vital information on how to book your travel.
• We are working with travel agent Shaina Walker, owner of Beyond Travel, LLC. You can contact her anytime with questions at info@beyondtravelllc.com.
• We are staying at the Royalton Negril Resort in the Hide-a-way section. The Hideaway section is the ADULT- ONLY section. If you plan on bringing children (17 and under), please contact Shaina directly at info@beyondtravelllc.com and she can book your stay for you.
• Click here- Chelle 2 Bell Wedding 2021 Event Page to start the process of booking your travel. The travel page will list three Hideaway at Royalton Negril - All Inclusive. Please note: They are all the same- this is just how the info is pulled.
TO BOOK
• Select if you want to book Flights and Hotel or Hotel only. (WE SUGGEST BOOKING HOTEL ONLY AND BOOKING YOUR FLIGHTS ON YOUR OWN. YOU CAN POSSIBLY FIND CHEAPER FLIGHT DEALS THIS WAY).
• Select your departure city, how many rooms, and the number of adults.
• Once make your selections, you will placed on a page that will give you your total package price and breakdown per person. You will also see room add-on selections (these selections will cost extra). As of now, the room types are all Junior Suite Ocean Views. Please feel free to keep the rooms the same and/or add on as you would like according to your budget.
• After you select your rooms, you can now select to add on your airport shuttle transportation. This transportation will take you from the airport to the resort and from the resort to the airport. (WE SUGGEST GETTING THIS. IT WILL BE MUCH EASIER HAVING THIS BOOKED AND READY WHEN YOU GET TO THE MONTEGO BAY AIRPORT). You can add this at any time up until your final payment.
• After you make your selection for shuttle transportation, you will then make your selection for travel insurance. (ABOVE ANYTHING WE SUGGEST YOU ADD THIS ON! THIS WILL ENSURE THAT IF ANYTHING HAPPENS YOU WILL GET ANY MONEY THAT YOU PUT DOWN ON THE TRIP BACK). You can add this up to a week before departure.
• Lastly, you will see options for excursions. You don't have to book these at all. In fact, we suggest that you wait until you get to the resort to book these if you want to partake in any excursions.
PAYMENTS
There are a few options to make payments.
• Deposit- TO BOOK/RESERVE your space you can make a payment of $50per person. (EXCEPT IF YOU CHOOSE TO GET THE TRAVEL INSURANCE UPFRONT- IF YOU CHOOSE THIS YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE TRAVEL INSURANCE + THE $50 DEPOSIT)
• Pay in Full- You can choose to pay your full trip amount
• Monthly payments- You can choose to select the monthly payment options. This will give you the ability to pay a selected amount monthly and/or finance the trip through credit and/or approved loan (use the loan/credit option upon your own discretion)
After you make your choice on how to pay, you can pay at your pace whenever you like. (THE FULL/FINAL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE DATE)
As noted: You only need to pay the deposit amount to initially book/reserve your space. Please do this by November 30th, 2020 as we need to give numbers to the hotel for the wedding. If you don’t pay the initial deposit amount by this time we will not count you as attending or contact us if you plan on attending but need to make the initial payment at a later date.
PASSPORT
If you need to renew or get a passport, please make sure to do so! Due to COVID-19 it’s taking 3-5 months for passports to be issued/renewed.
