We would love to welcome all of our guests to beautiful Colorado with a Welcome Party! Please stop by and enjoy some light apps & drinks with a beautiful view of Pike's Peak.
Craftwood is a 15-minute drive from the Broadmoor and the DoubleTree. Parking is available if you wish to drive, but a shuttle will also be provided to and from the venue.
The transportation will leave the Broadmoor West Tower sharply at 8:10pm and 8:25pm.
The transportation will leave the Doubletree sharply at 8:10pm.
At the end of the night the transportation will leave the Craftwood at 9:30pm, 10pm, and 10:30pm and will drop off at both hotels.
Built by Roland Bautwell in 1912, the building was originally a coppersmith shop where Bautwell also had a guest house in the courtyard. You’ll notice in the main entrance the fireplace hood and some of the lamps are examples of his work, thus the C.S. on the hood signifies the Craftwood Shops.
In 1940, Craftwood became a restaurant attracting dignitaries and celebrities in search of fine food and ambience. Frank Sinatra (a Williams family favorite) would frequently dine at Craftwood Inn during his stays at the Broadmoor.
Today this historical building serves as an event space and unique wedding venue in the city of Manitou Springs.
Double Tree Guests
For Double Tree guests, shuttles will arrive at 2:45pm and depart sharply at 3:00pm. If you miss it, you will need to take a Lyft or Uber. Shuttles will run at 9pm, 10pm, 11pm, and 12am. If you stay at the After Party past 12am, you will need to take a Lyft or Uber back to your hotel.
