Catching the Bus
Buses to the Wedding: Pickups ready from 12:45 pm Saturday
1. Pete's Place (Athena guests walk to Pete's Place)
2. Carnarvon Motel

4. Roma Central (Roma Motel guests walk to Roma Central)

1:45 pm Drop off at MoorelandsIf you miss the bus, call Roma Taxi :)
The venue is only 10 minutes (15km) out of town, so if you want to take your own car out and pick it up the next day this is fine as there is plenty of parking onsite.

The beers and wine are on us!
If you are looking for something stronger we have handpicked some of our favourite top-shelf spirits for your drinking pleasure.
We just ask that you make a gold coin donation each time you pour yourself your favourite mix :)
Tea, Coffee and Non-Alcoholic drinks will also be complementary.
Dress Sharp
We are dressing up, so we would love to as well.
It is an outdoor wedding held on the lawn amongst the beautiful gardens of Moorelands. The reception will be a standing cocktail event, around the wine barrels with casual seating.
The average temperature for this time of year is around 27 degrees but ranges between 12 to 28 degrees. The sun will set around 5:40 pm
It has been cold so we suggest you bring a jacket.
If you require baby-sitting for your children, please contact the team at Havinahoot Services and mention it is for Carmen & Peter's wedding.
We use this service for our family and can highly recommend it.

We won't be interrupting the day with any housekeeping messages so here they are in advance:
Chairs will be available for all guests at the ceremony so please don't stand lingering up the back like a stranger.
Turn your phones to silent. Take as many photos as you want but please don't get in the way of the professionals.
Signs at the venue will show you were the toilets and smoking area is.

On the 10th of the 10th, 2020 we were officially wed, in the presence of only a few of our close family and friends. It was a small but memorable date and one we will forever cherish.
However, we saved the best till last and wanted to wait until we could have a full celebration with all of our friends and family. A day to remember with all the dancing, toasts, mingling, dining and drinking our heart's desire.

We wont over plan this :) if you can make it that would be great. It will be a buy your own dinner kind of night.

As we walk down the aisle [again] but for the first time share our full ceremony [without the legal formalities] and personal vows with each other and all of you.
Dress Sharp
We are dressing up and would love you to do the same Ladies think of the lawn when choosing your dancing shoes.
The vows are at 2 pm so you might need some shades.

After we share our vows the afternoon will continue with refreshments on the lawn, while the bridal party head out for photos.
When the bridal party return we will ease into the evening with dinner, drinks and dancing till late.
