As many of you know we never officially had an "engagement party" family and friends are stretched far and wide for us so its always been impossible to find the right time until now.

After 13 years together, 4 countries, 2 children and a third time lucky wedding we really have learnt to live in the moment and just celebrate everything.

So with that being said we hope you will join us for an evening of eating, drinking, dancing and mingling. 

We have organised a convoy of buses to transport our guests to and from the venue. Please meet in the MAIN RECEPTION AT 17:15.

It's also another excuse to go all out, dress up, be merry and break the ice for those of you that will be meeting for the first time.

Formal - DRESS TO IMPRESS

We appreciate that heat & humidity can sometimes limit clothing choices for formal attire weddings.

But please do not be deterred from dressing to impress. In consideration of our guests comfort the majority of the afternoon will remain within shaded, air conditioned facilities.

Post sunset we will move to the lawn area for formal dining, open bar, music and to PARTY.

Whilst we LOVE our children this will be a CHILD FREE event, rest assured there are many reputable baby sitting services available. Please ask if you require further details of these.

Travel on the day

Please allow a minimum of 90 minutes travel time to reach the venue Kamaya, Uluwatu. Unfortunately the distance on travel apps are not reflective of the traffic and congestion in and around Bali and we would hate for you to miss the ceremony or arrive late.

For returns transport there are numerous taxis within close proximity of our venue.

We will be providing a FREE coach service back to Radisson Blu Uluwatu (see details on next tab) at the end of the evening where ourselves and the majority of the guests in attendance will be staying.

Radisson Blu Uluwatu

We have selected this venue due to its glowing reviews and close proximity to our wedding venue.

As the majority of our guests will be staying here in the lead up to our big day we have managed to secure exceptional discounted rates (see picture attached).

This is also the location we have chosen to host our belated "engagement party" on the 04/12/22.

We invite all of our wedding guests to join us on this evening to eat, drink, dance and socialise ahead of the nuptials!

On the day of the wedding we will also be providing a private coach from Radisson Blu to Kamaya for all hotel guests.

This allows you to relax and takes the stress out of organising taxis to the location. The coach will also return all our guests at the end of the night.
