We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel team to help our guests arrange accommodations. We've chosen to stay at Secrets Bahia Mita, and would encourage you to stay with us!
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.

3. Transportation to and from the Puerto Vallarta International airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Puerto Vallarta (PVR).

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

While DWE can offer competitive prices, they also offer personalized service. Anytime you have a question or concern, you will be able to contact an agent directly and will not have to go through a call center and speak with a different person each time.

They have a 24-hour during-travel emergency line available for their clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach one of DWE's in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your problem.

Most importantly, their strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the Caputo - Solis Wedding party that are booked through them will not be placed in another resort due to overbooking.

It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Destination Weddings Expert, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.

A minimum non-refundable* deposit of $100 per person is due by May 15, 2023, in order to secure your room and roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation.

** A Second Payment to meet 50% of your individual balance is due by August 16th, 2023 (No worries, We will send you a reminder)

Spacious and luxurious Junior Suite Tropical View located on the adults-only side of the resort with all the above amenities, plus one King size bed or two Double, plus a balcony. Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check-in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew it, click below.
Note: Due to Covid, processing time has increased, causing delays in passports. If you will be attending the wedding and need a first-time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this ASAP.
Please also check your expiration date on your current passport. It must be valid 6 months from your return date.

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 49 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

The discounted rate is a room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $150+ USD just to access the event/per person.

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of DWE, LLC please allow them an opportunity to review the pricing component or price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process.
