With Caley in her late 20s and Jared already in his 30s, both decided it was time to settle down, Caley with a nice Jewish boy and Jared with a nice Jewish girl.
And it started with type picture above (with her dear friend Hannah who happened to be at the same bar on Jared and Caley’s first date) that Caley put on her dating profile. On his initial viewing, Jared sent a message cleverly referring to something about a “cone of silence”. Caley had been in a pattern of a week with app, and then deleting, and then redownloading a week later and missed this first message. Lucky for her, Jared messaged again on a download week and Caley saw it! And the dating began….
Jared had a rule of waiting multiple dates before introducing the ladies to his dog, Burke. After almost a month of dating, Caley and Burke were introduced and the relationship was made official (Jared and Caley’s, but more importantly, Burke and Caley’s).
After a brief hiatus in 2020, Jared and Caley moved in together, much to Jared’s surprise (Caley saw the apartment and said “I could live here” and then she just did). They bought a home in March 2021 with a little yard for Burkey and in September they got engaged.
They are thrilled to celebrate with you in August!
