Wishing Well

Because at first we lived in sin,

We've got the sheets and the rubbish bin!

Your presence is simply all we need,

But if you must, a Wishing Well will be available indeed.

FAQ

What should I wear?

The event is formal, the grass is thick, and it will be winter. The brides request you refrain from wearing a wedding dress, but if that's all you have to wear then you should come naked. The wedding party will be dressed in burnt orange dresses and sand coloured suits, in case you are worried about that sort of thing

What will the weather be like?

It will get chilly, so please bring a jacket!

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Both will take place at Stanley Park, no additional travel will be required.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and afternoon cocktails will be outdoors while the reception will be held indoors.

What should I do in between the ceremony and the reception?

Drink, you should definitely drink.

Does your wedding have a theme?

Fun, the theme is fun!

Are there other wedding events I can attend?

Sure are, cocktails at The Courthouse on Sunday evening! Check the Events tab for more information.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

You will be missed! If you can’t make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

How do I get to the venue?

If you can wrangle a dragon you automatically win "Best Guest Ever". Otherwise, the coach provided is ideal.

Will parking be available?

There is very minimal, again the coach provided is ideal.

What time should I get to the venue?

Just get on the coach... [details in Travel tab]

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date?

As much as we love your new beau, our wedding is strictly invite only.

What should I do with my pet llama?

Llamas, if they can’t be left with a reputable stable, should be tied outside in easy view of the patio doors with water and food available to them. We ask that you go outside and check on the llama at least once an hour during the reception. We are not responsible for anything your llama does, or anything that happens to your llama. If at all possible, please leave the llama and any other pets you have at home.

Where should I stay?

Please check the Hotels tab!

When is the RSVP deadline?

29 May 21

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Nope, the options are starvation and dehydration… Just kidding, there will be plenty of food and drink!

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

There will be if you let us know! Please add dietary requirements and requests to your RSVP.

May I take flowers home as a souvenir?

You sure can, if we’re smart enough we’ll prepare some wrapping to take them home in too.

Can I take pictures?

We want beautiful pictures of our ceremony, not shot after shot ruined by Karen getting in the way with her giant iPad. Please feel free to take pictures during the reception! #fullerlove #heartrowesfonder

Can I smoke?

The venue requests that you only smoke in approved smoking areas outside of the venue. Please do not leave cigarette butts on the ground, as the possums will get at them and the venue has gone to great lengths to get them to stop smoking.

What time does the evening finish?

Never! Just kidding, we'll be sick of you all by 11pm.

I still have questions, what is the best way to contact you?

Just send us a message on Facebook!
