Couples Swept Away - Negril, Jamaica
We set aside a block of 20 rooms for our guests. If we fill these we all get 15% off. All that's required is $400 to reserve each and final payment isn't due until 45 days prior to arrival.
The rooms are $499/night for double occupancy ($3493 for 7 nights) Good news is as we grow in size the price goes down:
10-14 rooms - $449/nt ($3143)
15-19 rooms - $439/nt ($3073)
20+ rooms - $424/nt ($2968)
Couples Swept Away in Negril Jamiaca is an All-Inclusive Adults-Only resort. Our mission is to keep the cost under $2K per person for 7 nights All-Inclusive with flights. Guests can choose their length of stay (3-night minimum)
PLEASE PLEASE book through our package to make it cheaper for everyone. If you find a lower deal let us know and the hotel will likely match it.
** FYI You don't have to book your flights through Couples **
We know this is a small fortune to be asking and we understand if you can't swing it. But we also know how much effing fun this group will have and that it will be worth it if you can!
Here's the rub: Couples is Adults-Only and technically Couples-Only. Guests with children have the option of staying at Beaches which is right next door. They have daycare and nannies and tons of fun kiddie things to do. (click here for more details)
Couples Swept Away will make some exceptions for singles for our wedding party. (click here for more details)

Jamaica
Direct flights from Boston to Montego Bay (MBJ) run on Saturdays through JetBlue and Delta. Flights should run about $380-$480 per person round trip.
From MBJ, the hotel provides a shuttle service that is part of the inclusion. The ride is about 90 minutes but the hotel gives you cold towels and drinks upon arrival and clearing customs.
If you don't want to crowd into a van, we recommend Clive's Transport Service (website)
...or even better - hire TimAir (website) or Int'l Air Link (website)and fly in a cessna at a few thousand feet along the coast and get to Negril in about 12-15 minutes. The airstrip in Negril is a short 3 minute taxi to Couples Swept Away. (I've done this and its worth every penny)
This is a vacation for everyone so we don't want to bog people down with a bunch of required itinerary. Here's the rough plan:
Saturday - Settle in (Mark and Nicole will be in suite 2136)
Sunday - Welcome Gathering @ Rick's Cafe (4pm)
Monday - Golf / Spa Day
Tuesday - Ceremony & Reception
Wednesday - Saturday - Whatever you want

Zipline Canopy Tour?
Blue Water hole?
For those wishing to travel with kids, the resort next door to Couples, on the same stretch of Seven Mile Beach, is Beaches Negril. They have fantastic day-care services and even have evening and overnight child-care.
Anybody coming to the wedding who is not staying at the resort will be given a half-day pass to attend and take full advantage of the resort on the day of the ceremony.
Couples will give us some leeway to have a few singles join but the room cost may still be double-occupancy rates. Best to find someone to share with.
If that doesn't appeal you can stay at Idle Awhile which is a partner resort with Couples.
Anybody coming to the wedding who is not staying at the resort will be given a half-day pass to attend and take full advantage of the resort on the day of the ceremony. Full day passes are also available for purchase
Sangster International Airport provides a VIP arrival service called Club Mobay for an extra cost that is actually quite worth it. You are met at the terminal and expedited through customs and then led to a VIP lounge for a beverage and snacks.
Note - Jamaica does not participate in Global Entry so this is a great alternative
Also note that if you are taking the shuttle service provided by Couples, they have a lounge in the airport as well where they provide refreshments and a cold towel while you wait for the bus.
