We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend.

We've chosen to stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya an All-Inclusive Resort, and would encourage you to stay with us!

To make things simple, we've hired a Groups Travel Agent team, Destination Weddings Expert, to help our guests arrange accommodations. They have secured discounted group rates for us at the resort.

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. There is a 3 night stay minimum. The wedding will be on September 4, 2023, Please plan to arrive no later than Sunday, September 3, 2023 and book your flight home no earlier than Tuesday, September 5, 2023.

This is YOUR vacation as well! You can stay at the resort for up to 7 nights within our discounted room block.

2. A minimum non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is due in order to secure your room.

3. We recommend 2 people per room for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up 3 adults.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit as soon as possible! We have 40 rooms in our room block. Once we exceed that, there are no guarantees on rates or availability.

5. We highly encourage you to stay at the resort. All wedding activities will take place at the resort. If you stay elsewhere, you will have to pay for a day pass to visit the resort starting from $160+ a day/per person which is basically the same cost as actually staying at the resort w/ our discounted rates.

7. Please book your own flights to Cancun International Airport (CUN). Flight costs are not included in the resort booking; however, transportation to and from the Cancun airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Mexico. We recommend booking your flights as early as you can.

*Words of Advice*- If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.

- Please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or flight cancellations.

While DWE can offer competitive prices, we also offer personalized service. Anytime you have a question or concern, you will be able to contact us directly and will not have to go through a call center and speak with a different person each time.

We have a 24-hour emergency line available for our clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach one of our in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your problem.

Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of Fauth-Oyloe wedding party that are booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

We highly suggest flying in Sunday, September 3, 2023 or earlier to take full advantage of the festivities. Rooms have been held from August 30, 2023 - September 6, 2023. Book your flight home on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 or later. We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline. Since you'll be booking your room with our group, private transportation to and from the airport (CUN) is included! - Please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or flight cancellations.

Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check-in. If you do not have a passport, or need to renew it, click below.

Note: Due to Covid, processing time has increased, causing delay in passports. If you will be attending the wedding and need a first time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this ASAP. Without it, you will not be able to attend the wedding.

Please also check your expiration date on your current passport. It must be valid 6 months from your return date.

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 40 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $150+ USD just to access the event/per person.

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of DWE, LLC please allow us an opportunity to review the pricing component or price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.
