Our love story began in 2019 on the Facebook dating app... yes, Facebook has a dating app! Ironically we connected when social distancing was at its peak and meeting new people proved more challenging than ever before. A tall, dark and handsome Christian man was an easy "swipe right" for Brittany. And a beautiful woman with a bright smile, who loved Jesus, made it an even easier one for Sean.
Sean messaged Brittany first, starting conversation that went from playful banter, to all night Facetime calls about their lives, their dreams and their goals. It wasn't long before they decided to involve their families and friends in their journey. A family baby shower was their first family outing, and after watching Sean withstand a full grilling from the family, Brittany knew Sean was a keeper! It was after Brittany and Sean's visit to Florida to visit Sean's mom, that Sean knew Brittany was 'the one!'
After 3 years of love, growth and and intentional dating, Sean teamed up with Britt's best friend to ask Brittany for her hand, at a surprise Birthday dinner she was throwing for Sean! The surprise was really on her!
