PAYMENT PLAN FOR NEW BOOKINGS MADE AFTER 05/21/2020:

Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Cancun, Mexico!  We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend.

We've chosen to stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres an All-Inclusive Resort, and would encourage you to stay with us!  

To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent, Destination Wedding Experts, to help our guests arrange accommodations.  They have secured discounted group rates for us at the resort.

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. There is a 3 night stay minimum. Please arrive at the resort no later than Dec 10th, 2020. This is YOUR vacation as well! You can stay at the resort up to 7 days.

2. A minimum non-refundable deposit of $150 per person is due in order to secure your room.

3. We recommend 2 people per room for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up 3 adults.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit as soon as possible!  We have 25 rooms in our room block.  Once we exceed that, there are no guarantees.

5. ***The full balance is due by August 1st, 2020.***

6. We highly encourage you to stay at the resort.  All wedding activities will take place at the resort.  If you stay elsewhere, you will have to pay for a day pass to visit the resort starting from $160+ a day/per person which is basically the same cost as actually staying at the resort w/ our discounted rates.

7. Please book your own flights to Cancun International Airport (CUN).  Flight costs are not included in the resort booking; however, transportation to and from the Cancun airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Mexico.  We recommend booking your flights as early as you can.

Atelier Playa Mujeres & Estudio Playa Mujeres are All-Inclusive 5+ Star Resorts that are sister buildings on the same property together and share a common beach front.  Atelier for Adults Only (16+ yrs old).  Estudio for families.  Adult guests can move freely between properties.

1. Listed below are the instructions, pricing and an overview of the various room types available for reservation.  Please review and then "Book My Room Now" via the provided link. 

2. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form. Please make reservations here, not on the resort's website.

3. The room block is reserved for December 9th-16th, 2020.  When reserving your room, please indicate the days you will be staying at the resort.

4. The rates below include all of your taxes, fees & your round-trip airport/resort transfers.

5. If you are staying in a room alone, there are additional costs.  To avoid the single occupancy premium rate we suggest you bring a guest. 

6. Conversely, if you a willing to get extra chummy with your friends/family, rates are reduced if you have 3 adults in a room.

7. When booking your reservation, please indicate if you would prefer the Estudio or Atelier side.  Again, adults will have access to both sides.

8. Are you bringing a child under 16 yrs old?  If so, please make sure you indicate so when filling out the form, listing your guests, & reserving your room.  If you have a child, your reservation will be at the Estudio resort.  Children from ages 0-15, are FREE for their hotel stay (just pay applicable adult occupancy fees for the rooms); however, airport transfers fee of $50 per child do apply and a car seat may be required depending on kids age.  Children will be allowed at the wedding.
