FAQ
1. Hyatt Inclusive Collection App: We recommend you download the Hyatt Inclusive Collection Hotel app on your phone. This app will be essential during your stay, and you can begin to look at the restaurant and bar menus, activities, and spa services. During your stay, you can use the app to order room service, request needed amenities, book spa services, access the report map, and more.
2. WhatsApp: Download WhatsApp prior to your trip. We will be sending out group communications via WhatsApp throughout the week. It works when connected to WiFi, so it does not require cellular data.
3. Bridie Travel Communications: You will be receiving essential travel details and updates from Bridie Travel in the next coming weeks. Make sure you are checking your email and reading these communications.
4. Check out the Destination Wedding: All-Inclusive Experience Guide for information about preparing for your trip, packing tips, and resort information to help you plan.

Bridie Travel has a suggested packing list they shared. We also included our suggested packing items in the Destination Wedding: All-Inclusive Experience Guide.
Our guide does not include packing tips for clothes- see Bridie Travel's guide for suggestions on what clothes to pack for a destination trip.
If you are staying only for the wedding events, then the best day for an excursion is the morning/afternoon of December 11 before the Sangeet. The Sangeet is at 7 pm, so make sure you allow yourself enough time to get back to the resort and get ready.
December 13 is a free day and another great time to schedule an excursion. We plan on hanging at the pool bar all day, but encourage guests to enjoy the area by exploring or booking an excursion.
We have a boat day scheduled for guests on Dec 14- see Events section.
There are many excursion opportunities that you can book through the resort or with Bridie Travel's recommended excursion group. If you plan on using the group at the resort, we recommend you meet with them early in your stay to discuss excursion options and book the time and day that works best for you.
We created the Destination Wedding: All-Inclusive Experience Guide to help you prepare for your trip and get the most out of your all-inclusive experience. This guide has information about what to do before your trip, packing tips, overview of resort features, details about room and resort amenities, descriptions of all the restaurants and bars, and information about navigating the resort. Most importantly- the guide includes Pillai's Pearls which are Shaji's personalized suggestions for how to maximize your stay.
Bridie Travel has prepared a resort overview with their suggestions and tips for enhancing your stay. Keep an eye out for this in your email.
Finally, the Hyatt Inclusive Collection Hotels app has information about the amenities, restaurants, and bars. You can review menus ahead of time, check out spa amenities, look at the activities schedule, and plan how you want to create your best all-inclusive adventure.
Download the Hyatt Inclusive Collection Hotels App to review the restaurant dress codes while you're packing. You can also check out the hotel’s interactive map, make a spa reservation in advance and more via the app.
Download: App Store l Google Play
Check out the Destination Wedding: All-Inclusive Experience Guide for descriptions of the different dress codes. The dress code for each restaurant and bar is included in their descriptions. This has changed from time to time, so we recommend referring to the app first.
Yes! You absolutely can wear Indian clothes for our wedding events, and we encourage it. If you’re interested in wearing Indian wear for our events, we created a guide (White Girl's Guide to Desi Wedding Wear) for non-Indian friends to help with selecting Indian styles. This guide also includes outfit suggestions for Western styles.
The minimum number of outfits you will need is two: one for the sangeet and one for the baraat/ceremony/reception. If you want to wear something different for the baraat/ceremony and the reception, then you will need three outfits. The bride and groom will be donning their party clothes for the reception to prepare for dancing the night away. You have the option to wear something more casual (and breezy) for the ceremony and change into something more festive for the evening.
We want our guests to be comfortable and wear what makes you feel best. Jeans, shorts, cargo pants, and camo print are discouraged for our sangeet and wedding day events.
Check out the FAQ section of our dress guide for suggestions on where and how to source Indian styles.
Should a weather event impact a resort immediately preceding your trip, Bridie Travel would receive an inclement weather statement from the resort with details and options for impacted guests. If you are concerned about inclement weather impacting your trip please consider adding trip protection to your package.
