Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana is situated on the pristine white sand Macao Beach. Among the resort's many offerings are luxe accommodations, the signature Rock Spa, 18 hole Nicklas designed golf course, iconic music memorabilia and the Dominican Republic's largest Vegas style casino.

There are 11 pools guests can enjoy, 4 swim up bars, a kids pool and a lazy river. There are a variety of gourmet dining options that are available through the resort's nine restaurants.

Room rates are per person per night in USD and include resort all resort taxes and gratuities.
Rates Exclude: Travel Protection, Transportation, excursions, and tourism tax.
Humble Travel can assist with booking your roundtrip transportation and send you a personalized trip protection quote right after you book. Trip protection quotes are based on age and pre-paid trip costs. More detail about both below.
To avoid the single occupancy premium we suggest you bring a guest. Single occupancy incurs roughly a 50-100% premium increase for 1 adult in a room.

To be considered part of the wedding group, you must book through the group rates and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We have negotiated competitive group rates and secured a room block to make this as smooth as possible for the group and bridal couple. Additional fees/day pass rate will apply to visit the resort or attend the wedding festivities should you book off property. The pre-negotiated rates include hotel accommodations, hotel tax and fees, and gratuities. Room categories are available on a first come, first serve basis within the held group block.
• IMPORTANT: To book at these rates you are REQUIRED to stay a minimum of 3 nights.
• Change requests must be done in writing via email and changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed.
• Rates for dates outside of the room block dates may be requested in your request to book form and are subject to availability and might have a different rate then the block.
• Hotel changes made within 21 days of travel will incur a $25 fee
• Hotel name changes made within 40 days or less prior to departure will incur a $50 fee
• Last minute booking within 30 days of travel will incur a $100 fee.

*Please note all above change request are in addition to hotel vendor penalties.

We can offer roundtrip airport to resort ground transfers to Hard Rock Punta Cana. These are included in your resort package price. If our office books your flights, we will have your flight details on hand. If you book your flights on your own, please email us your flight itinerary upon booking to annie@humbletravel.com.

If you would like a VIP experience please request private transfers. Our agency offers competitive rates for transfers. We can supply a quote for private transfers once flights are booked and/or we have received your flight information.

Gratuity to the transfer driver is additional and at your discretion.

Humble Travel offers trip protection with Travelex.

Quoted rates will vary as rates are based upon your age, state, pre-paid trip cost and if you opt to upgrade your policy. The average trip protection cost is typically a small percentage of your total travel costs, which makes it a great investment in case the unexpected occurs.

Trip protection must be added within 20 days of your initial trip payment or less depending on the policy selected.

Full payment is due to confirm trip protection at time you wish to confirm and the coverage is non-refundable.

Once you have booked, our team will provide you a customized quote for trip protection. If you are not ready to confirm airfare, ground transfers, etc., that is ok. If you wish to modify your policy in the future to cover other added pre-paid trip costs, we can send you a quote to upgrade your policy. Any increases in coverage will result in an additional payment due.

The closest airport to the resort is Punta Cana International Airport which is airport code PUJ.

We recommend booking flights as early as possible. To book flights, we can book your flights for a $60 per person international air booking fee + the cost of the flight. Or, if you book your flights on your own, we will need your flight conformation for your ground transportation to/from the resort.

If you would like to book your hotel and flights, please select "Yes" to the flight question in the travel request form. You will be contacted to confirm flight details and preference for published air rates.

However, there is no guarantee that we have better flight prices than what you may find on your own. We are also not able to use credit card points towards your flight. If redeeming miles, we can assist but have a different fee structure.

When Humble Travel assists with booking flights, we also assist with researching, booking, working schedule changes, assigning seats, add passenger numbers to booking and answering questions surrounding air travel.

Deposit
A non-refundable* deposit of $100 per person and $79 per child is due to secure your room. If you aren't sure of your occupancy, it's fine. Placing the deposit secures the room and we have some flexibility to modify room occupancy prior to travel but before the final payment due date.

When booking your room, you will have the option to pick: Deposit only, Pay in full, or apply an additional amount.

On your credit card statement
Additional payments towards your room will be processed with ALG Vacations. If paying with a debit card, please contact your card company in advance to ensure the card will go through. Often times there are daily limits on debit cards.

Refunds
If you cancel with trip protection before final payment any qualifying refunds will come from ALG Vacations.

If you cancel after final payment date. you may file a claim with your trip protection for qualifying reasons through the trip protection company. We can provide documentation to you as needed.

After booking, you will receive a receipt showing your deposit payment with Humble Travel.

Once your booking is processed, our team will send your confirmation with room category, dates, remaining balance and how to make additional and final payment.

2 weeks prior to your 2nd payment, our team will send a friendly reminder on the payment due

As the travel dates get closer, our team will send a reminder email requesting flight information if we do not already have it. This info will be utilized to coordinate ground transfers.

2 to 3 weeks prior to travel you will receive e-docs including a link for your final travel documents

Will I need a passport?
Yes, a passport is required for air travel between the US and the Dominican Republic. Be sure your passport is valid at least 6 months beyond your return travel dates. Passport book is required for air travel.

Do I need a Visa?
The Dominican Republic requires all travelers to complete an electronic authorization/registration form before departing your home airport. The form can be found and filled out here: Dominican Republic Electronic Ticket Form

Can you price match?
We are very confident with our pricing but if you find a better price, please allow our team the opportunity to match it. We want to keep the wedding group in the room block. To speed up the process, screen shot (with date) of what you found and email to Annie. The final price must include all taxes and fees. Please be sure to include what website you found it on, room category, travel dates, etc.
