Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Punta Cana! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend.
To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at the Grand Palladium Palace Punta Cana, and would encourage you to stay with us!
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.
2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.
3. Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Punta Cana.
4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

Our group block rates will allow you to be included in all of our wedding activities we have planned. Christine Ribble with CR Adventure Travel is dedicated to help personalize your travel itineraries and help answer any questions you may have.
We have a 24-hour emergency line available for our clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach one of our in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your problem.
Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the Bride-Groom wedding party that are booked through CR Adventure Travel will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

We kindly ask that you arrive to the resort no later than Thursday, March 5, 2022 to take full advantage of the weekend's festivities.
Closest airport to the resort is Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).
We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.
Direct flight options will be out of Chicago.
Departing from Appleton, Green Bay, Milwaukee and Madison will require a layover.
Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package this can be arranged with our agent as well. In the reservation form mark "YES" to the flight question and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.

Optional Travel Protection pricing upon request. The average cost of your travel protection is about 6-10% of the total trip cost.*

- Trip Interruption: Reimburses (up to the total trip cost) unused hotel arrangements plus additional costs to change or purchase a new airline ticket if you can't travel due to circumstances such as illness or injury to you, a family member, or traveling companion, jury duty, subpoena, or a traffic accident on the way to the airport.
- Travel Delay: Reimburses additional transportation costs or unused hotel arrangements should your flight be delayed 12 or more hours due to adverse weather or unannounced strike. The plan reimburses you up to $500 ($200 per day) for the unused portion of your trip, additional accommodations, meals and "catch up" transportation expenses.
- Emergency Evacuation: Pre-pays the cost of emergency medical transportation if a serious illness or injury occurs during your vacation that requires medical evacuation.
- Baggage/Personal Property: Reimburses you for baggage or items lost, stolen, or damaged during your vacation.
- Medical Expense: Reimburses medical costs should you incur hospital charges or other medical bills as a result of an illness or injury during your vacation.
- Baggage Delay: Reimburses for the purchase of necessary personal items if your bags are delayed by the airline for 24 hours or longer. The plan covers you for the purchase of necessary items up to $300 in the event your luggage is delayed by an air common carrier for more than 24 hours en route to your vacation.
- Travel Accident: Accidental death and dismemberment coverage in the event of loss of life or limb while flying.

You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the Easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give CR Adventure Travel (or our affiliates) permission to debit your credit card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.
* A minimum non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is due at time of booking in order to secure your room and roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation.
***The final balance is due by November 05, 2021.***
Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. CR Adventure N Travel will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 20 rooms, however the early-booking discount and availability are not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes roundtrip airport transfer.
Complimentary flight booking - Optional
If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $90 a day/per person.
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of CR Adventure N Travel, please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.
Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process. This form will come in a separate email.
