Whoo-hoo! Pack your bags, you're going to Punta Cana.

We're very excited to have you join us for out wedding weekend. To make things simple, we hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodations.

We have chosen to stay at Finest Punta Cana and would encourage you to stay with us.

Many details are below. But here are a few important things to note.

1. We recommend guests room in groups of 2 for optimal pricing and comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. We have quoted prices in groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests in a room will bring the price per person down nominally.

2. Only have one person from you party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have two people in the same room fill out the form.

3. Transportation to and from Punta Cana International Airport will be added once rooms are reserved and flight information is received by Vacation by Carole. No need to arrange a taxi when when arriving or leaving Punta Cana (PUJ).

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible.

5. If you book your room directly with the resort, the couple will not receive any comps. for your stay.

Final remaining balance is due by April 6, 2023

You don't have to pay it all at once. Book early and take advantage of the awesome flexible payment plan.

It is interest free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment information to our agent at Vacation by Carole. Then let her know when and how much to charge your Debit or Credit card.

A minimum non-refundable deposit of $150 per person is due in order to secure your room by January 15, 2023.

A second payment to meet 30% of your total balance is due February 15, 2023.

While VBC can offer competitive prices, we also offer personalized service. Anytime you have a question or concern, you will be able to contact me directly and will not have to go through a call center and speak with a different person each time.

Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the Falvey-Breen wedding party that are booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come first-served basis. Our agent will do her best best to honor the discounted rate outside the 24 rooms. However, the early booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate.

We are confident in our pricing, but if you were to find a cheaper "deal" outside of VBC, please allow me an opportunity to review the pricing component at the resort for accountability.

Lastly, when booking your reservation, please be sure to fill our the Credit Card Authorization Form. It is the last step in the reservation process. The airport we are flying into is (PUJ) Punta Cana International Airport

We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You may book with your favorite airline.

Since you will be booking your room with our group, transportation to and from the airport (Punta Cana) is included.

If you prefer to fly into Santo Domingo, you may do so. However, airport transfers are NOT included and will incur additional costs.

Consider using miles or credit card points, if you have them. If you would like assistance shopping for or booking airfare, mark "YES" to the flight question and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates. Airfare payments are due in full at the time of booking and subject to a management fee of $25 per person.

*Words of Advice*

If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.) Pack your carry-on with swimwear and other necessities to utilize at the resort while you wait for your room.

-Please give yourself at least 24-36 hours before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or cancellations.

Be protected from the unexpected **RECOMMENDED**

Optional Travel Protection pricing is available upon request. The average cost of your travel protection is about 6-10% of the total trip cost.
