Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Mexico! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at the Dreams Natura Resort and Spa in Cancun, and would encourage you to stay with us!
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.
2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.
3. Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun.
4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

We have a 24-hour emergency line available for our clients if there should be flight delays* or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will contact one of our in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your problem.
Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps ensure that members of the Fernandez/Rodriguez wedding party booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

We kindly ask that you arrive at the resort no later than November 21, 2023 to join us in celebrating.
A minimum non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is required to secure your room and shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation.

You don't have to pay all at once!
Book early and take advantage of the Easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Roy Travel Co (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose and how often you choose.
-Cancun International Airport (CUN) is the Arrival Airport, and Roy Travel Co recommends booking your flights as early as possible.
-You may book via your favorite airline.
-Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them.
-If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package, flights can also be arranged with our agent. In the reservation form, mark "YES" to the flight question, and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.
RTC charges a $50.00 booking fee per person to book flights.

Passport Must be Valid for 6 Months Beyond Your Return Date
Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and check in at the resort. If you do not have a passport or need to renew it, click below.

Rooms are reserved at a discounted rate on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 25 rooms; however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed.
The sooner you reserve and pay for your room, the better. The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate.
If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $125 a day/per person.
We are confident in our pricing, but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of RTC, please allow us an opportunity to price match. We want to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.
