B & B started at Radio One in Richmond, VA in 2013 when Brittney came to work at the radio station and sat right behind Bo. Some will say it was a pre-planned plot by their sales manager, others may say it was fate. The two quickly became close friends in and out of work. Brittney named Bo a mentor and credits him with how she survived her first year in sales.
Bo says that he knew there was something different about Brittney and he knew early on, that if he ever got her, that would be it. So, he tried everything he could to talk his friends into going out with her! But in the end, friendship and love prevailed.
Their first date was to the movies & Cookout for dinner. They became official after Bo’s birthday that November.
The rest, as they say is history and the two have been creating memory after memory as B & B ever since. Two radio kids who fell in love!
Our Proposal:
Martha’s Vineyard has held a special place in Brittney’s heart from childhood family vacations there in the Summer. As Brittney describes it, “my happy place.” On July 31, 2017, while on vacation on the Vineyard, Bo asked Brittney to be his wife in front of family on a private part of the beach with roses. This will forever be one of the happiest places for the couple to share for many years to come!
