12:00 PM - Hike in Faraya + Lunch:
We're planning a little adventure around the area of Faraya, where everyone can enjoy the beautiful scenery in the mountains. There will be options for buggies, cars, and walking for those who want to explore! Make sure to wear comfy shoes and clothes!Later, we'll go straight to have lunch at Tawlet Bekish restaurant. It will be a set menu of Lebanese food with free-flowing wine, beer, and arak (anise) - $55 per person.
After lunch, we'll head back to the hotels to rest for a bit :)
8:00 PM - Pre-Wedding
Let's warm up for the big day in the same area with a pre-wedding organized by Michel's family at their family house. Regarding the dress code, ladies feel free to wear heels or wedges, and boys in shirts. If you can, try to squeeze in a nap before, because we'll likely be out late!
Transportation will be provided to the mentioned events.
12:00 PM - IXSIR Wine Tasting
We'll hop on buses from the hotels in Faraya headed to the area of Batroun (around 1h and a half drive) for a wine tasting and guided tour of the winery, followed by lunch in the vineyard.The full day includes:
- Guided tour explaining the process of making IXSIR wines, from the vineyards to the cellar and barrels.
- Tasting of the entire range of wines (reserve, reds, whites, rosés...)
- Lunch in the vineyard with set menuYou can view the set menu here.
6:00 PM - Batroun Tour
After lunch, we'll continue our tour around Batroun, a touristy town on the coast. We'll take a stroll through the old town to catch the sunset.Once we wrap up our Batroun tour, we'll head back to the hotels on buses to rest up for the big day!
The total price per person for the full day is $120.
