Lauren is Bianca's younger and only sister. If you know the both of them, then you know that their relationship has not always been smooth sailing. But over the last 5 years their relationship has really grown leaps and bounds. They don't go a day without talking to each other, and Lauren has been one of Bianca's rocks during this wedding planning process. They are constantly sharing pictures and videos for wedding ideas back and forth to each other across multiple social media platforms. Bianca has truly enjoyed the growth in their relationship and looks forward to all of the upcoming memories to be made. And she couldn't imagine getting married without her sister by her side!

April is one of Bianca's longest standing friendships at 22 years. Their friendship actually started with a friendship developed between April's Grandma Pam, and Bianca's Mom Kathy. Kathy and Pam started their friendship at First Alliance Church in Silver Spring, MD when the Saget's moved to Maryland from New York. Soon later Pam told Kathy about her granddaughter April who would be moving in with her from the Philippines. Both girls would be very close in age, so Pam and Kathy decided to arrange a friendship for them.
When Bianca and April finally met, Bianca asked her "What grade are you in?", and April responded in her Filipino/Jamaican accent, "Turd grade"( third grade is what she was trying to say, lol) . Bianca had a really good giggle and they were inseparable ever since.

Tanya Desir

Tanya is Bianca's rambunctious, loving, generous, caring cousin. If Tanya is around, the party is sure to follow. Tanya has always been there for Bianca as a shoulder to cry on, to share devotions and bible verses, and just there as a big cousin. Anyone who has spent time with Tanya will always have a story to tell. Tanya's personality is infectious and she only makes the party better when she's there.

Sarah is Bianca's American History loving, High School teaching, PhD Candidate cousin. Sarah and Bianca's relationship has always been close but they solidified their relationship as not only cousins but as best friends, when Sarah came to visit Bianca while she attended VCU in Richmond, VA. From birth, high school, college, grad school, changing states, losing their grandmother, and a host of other life changes, Bianca and Sarah have and continue to be as thick as thieves. Bianca even has a theme song for Sarah, that she loves to sing to all that will listen!

Frederick Medley

Best Man

"Oh they go all the way back to the sandbox", is by far the best way to describe Corey and Fred's friendship. Corey and Fred met in 7th grade band class, where Fred, believe it or not, had reddish-orange cornrowed hair and played the bass clarinet, and Corey played the trumpet. The two nurtured their friendship and became best friends when they both decided to compete in the Mr. Benjamin Tasker Pageant. In their all white tuxedos, they both went on to be the top two finalists. Although Corey went on to win the pageant that day, a friendship for life was the bigger prize for them both. To this day music continues to be a large part of their friendship. Whenever Corey is DJing on the 1's and 2's, Fred is right there on the mic hyping up the crowd, creating the perfect mix. It doesn't matter if they are going to church, playing football or just having real life conversations, Fred is there for Corey. Fred is truly Corey's brother for life and Corey couldn't imagine not having Fred by his side on this day.

Charles Hudgins III

Corey and Charles' friendship started over 17 years ago. The two met on the Bowie High School football field where Corey was a captain playing on the O-line, and after a few players were taken off the team due to grades, Charles was there to step to the plate and moved on to the O-line from Defense. With Corey playing center and Charles left guard, the two's bond grew strong and together along with their teammates, led the Bowie Bulldogs to a good season. Charles is the friend that keeps Corey active, whether it be semi-pro football, flag football, or even kickball from time to time. Charles is that ready to go out any day of the week and have a good time, type of friend. Charles will always have a permanent place in Corey's life as they have moved from friends to now family.

Shane Stevens

Corey and Shane have been friends for nearly 18 years. All starting way back in gym class at Benjamin Tasker Middle School. The two continued their friendship into high school where they had two classes together and were both team captains for the Bowie High School Football Team. Whenever Shane wants to try something new, Corey is ready to ride right along side him. The two have taken driving school class together, played semi-pro football together, and even stayed up for over 6 hours to both get their boating licenses together. Shane is that one friend that gets you to do things you never thought you would do. He's that friend that Corey can call whenever he needs to talk. Shane and Corey are no longer friends, but brothers.

Gregory Desir

Greg aka G-Nice is Bianca's cousin but if you ask her, he's the older brother she never asked for but is glad she has. Since Bianca and Corey started dating, Greg has been there for Corey, to give him advice and a different perspective on things, like a big brother. Whenever Corey and Bianca would go up to New York, Greg would make sure to connect with Corey and check-in one-on-one. Making sure that Corey was treating Bianca with love and respect. And of course if a trip was made to New York, then you know Greg would make time to hit the city for a night out! Greg is truly inspiring to Corey and shows him how to take on, with positivity, life's many twists and turns.
