Sara's version: It was the once in a blue moon, group outing to Umm al Quwain Beach Restaurant. He couldn't take his eyes off of me, so out of courtesy I looked him in the eye and cheers-ed him with my glass (FYI his version includes a wink, and I can't even wink). On the same day, a cab ride filled with punny puns and jokes and an intellectual conversation later earned him my number. A few months passed getting to know each other. He noticed how in love with me he is and officially asked me out. I decided to give it a shot (good call Sara). Two years and a half, and the most beautiful proposal later, here we are!
Beno's version: I stared, She WINKED, I smiled. Few punny puns, she fell for me, and the rest is history!
Interesting Fact: On the same day they met, they ended up with a few friends at Benoit’s house for drinks. He showed her around, and she expressed her love for a console table he has. His reply was: "One day, all this stuff will be yours." It figures when you know, you know!
