Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Mexico! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange their accommodations. We've chosen to stay at Dreams Playa Mujeres, and would encourage you to stay with us!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

You must book BEFORE December 27th, 2024 to guarantee a spot in the room block.

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Please do NOT have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.

2. We recommend 2 people per room for optimal comfort; however, standard rooms can accommodate up to 3 adult guests. All of the contracted room rates detailed below are based on double occupancy. 

3. Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. There is no need to arrange a taxi or shuttle when arriving or leaving Cancun.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit with our travel agent as soon as possible! The standard deposit to reserve your room is $200 per adult.  However, if you purchase travel insurance through our travel agent, the room deposit is reduced to $100 per adult plus the cost of insurance.

2nd Payment Due Date: December 30th, 2024 (60% of the room cost is due)

Final Payment Due Date: February 28th, 2025 (the remaining balance of the room cost is due)

Why book with CS ELEMENTS TRAVEL LLC?

CS Elements Travel have a 24-hour emergency line available for guests if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach one of their travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your problem.

Most importantly, CS Elements Travel has a strong relationship with the resort, which helps to ensure that members of the wedding party will not be placed in another resort due to overbooking.

The closest airport to the resort is Cancun International Airport (CUN).

We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. Feel free to book your flights through your preferred airline.

Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package, this can be arranged with our travel agent as well. In the reservation form mark "YES" to the flight question and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates

Because the wedding will take place on Friday, May 16, 2025, we recommend arriving on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 and departing on Sunday, May 18, 2025. You can, of course, make your trip longer or shorter based on your preferences.

Rooms booked in the group contract gives all of our guest access to discounts, as well as guarantees everyone is part of all wedding activities and events! 

You must be booked by December 27th or there is no guarantee that you will be booked as part of the group. 

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $150 a day/per person. This is not always available or approved. 

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process.
