September 30, 2018

2 months after the first day we met, we went to a friend's birthday party in Tatchhill, St. Ann. It was on this day that Jonathan asked me to be his Girlfriend. He had met my parents earlier that day and we knew way too much about each other for people who had just met. Somehow, even though he was living in St. Elizabeth and I in Kingston, few things made more sense.

His favourite place and her early morning compromise turned out to be some amazing quality time, bonding and cherished memories.

Proof that when you are willing to step into each other's world, it can unlock a lot about yourself that you did not know!

Just a Little Sauce

It is very true that when you find your person things can be anything but romantic. For us, it was a lot less nerves and a lot more pressure to create the life we want to live. That sometimes leads to quiet understandings that we work hard and rest when we can. Jonathan was adamant that he wanted to plan a proposal that would be breathtaking and hardest of all a SURPRISE!

He pulled this off on February 25, 2023 with the help of our wedding planner and decorator.

Cheers to an official engagement!
