Transport to and from the wedding

We have organised a bus to transport guests to and from Newrybar. It will pick up at the Byron Bay Surf Club and also make a stop at Bangalow Primary School in Bangalow. The bus will depart Byron at 2:30pm and Bangalow at 2:45pm It will leave at the end of the reception (11pm) and return guests to Bangalow and Byron stops.

Newrybar

Beautiful Newrybar is located in the Byron Bay hinterland. It is a 20 minute drive from Byron Bay. 

Both our ceremony and reception will take place in Newrybar, and we will organise a bus for guests to travel between Byron Bay and Newrybar before and after the wedding.

There are plenty of beautiful hotels in Byron Bay and the surrounding towns. 

The region is full of holiday rental properties too. If you need any suggestions get in touch with us, we are only too happy to help!

Flights

The closest airport is Ballina Byron Gateway Airport, approximately 30 minutes from Byron Bay by car.

You can also fly into the Gold Coast Airport which is approximately 50 minutes from Byron Bay by car.
