What is a Baraat?
The Baraat is a celebratory wedding procession for the Groom involving live music and dancing. In most Indian wedding celebrations, the day begins with the Groom’s procession, as his family and friends lead him to the wedding mandap (altar). This 'ceremony within a ceremony’ is where the Groom makes his grand entrance. Basically, expect the unexpected.
