Fly into the Bangkok (either BKK or DMK) by Jan 17th morning to join the festivities on time and leave Jan 20th by noon unless you plan to extend your stay.

Please plan to book your flight by August. When booking your flight, please add in a buffer for travel to/from venue between flight arrival/departure. For arrival, aim to land in Bangkok by or before 9 am (so you can arrive at the hotel by 12/1 pm) and for departure, aim to depart in Bangkok around 3 pm or later (so you can leave the hotel after having breakfast around 9 am or later, knowing that you need to be at the airport 3 hours prior to departure for international flights).

Our wedding planner will be reaching out to you to obtain all the details during July/August and will manage your itinerary until your departure.

The Aviyana is a brand new property that is currently being built, exclusively for our wedding! Jokes aside, we are very excited to get married at this stunning new property.

Booking links will be made available within the next month - we will send an email once available with the booking deadline. Room rate will be approx. $150 USD/night. This rate will be available throughout the days of the wedding events, as well as 3 days before and after for those wishing to come in early or extend their stay.

We will be providing roundtrip transportation from both BKK and DMK airports to our hotel in Hua Hin.

The journey from Bangkok to Hua Hin is approx 2 - 2.5 hours by car (depending on traffic and if any rest stops are requested). We know that this is already a long journey for many of you, and we sincerely appreciate all those making the trip. Rest assured, the final leg of your journey to Hua Hin will fly by and will be very worth it!

In the weeks leading up to the wedding, our planners will be reaching out to you individually with transportation information. Once again, please provide flight information as soon as it is booked so the transportation team can begin coordinating your arrival.

Please verify your passport expiration date, as you will not be able to travel within 6 months of it expiring. If it is expiring within 6 months of the wedding date, please make sure to renew well in advance before the wedding. We recommend making an appointment versus sending your passport in as it can take up to 12 weeks.

We appreciate each and every one of you making the trip to our destination wedding! We know that it is an around the world trip for most, so we highly recommend planning a vacation around our wedding. 

Be it around Thailand, Bali, Singapore, Maldives, India, Japan, or any other destination - the options are endless! If you do plan to vacation elsewhere, we would recommend planning the trip after the wedding. This way, you can spend all your energy partying with us, and have your vacation to R&R (rest and relax) post wedding festivities!
