An Alpine Soirée

Please join us for cocktails and light bites the night before we say, "I Do!"

Attire

Cocktail with a touch of Western-inspired elegance (optional) — think a subtle nod to the mountains with a sophisticated twist.

Meet at Lionshead Gondola for a 15-minute scenic ride to the top of the mountain and soak in all the views – it's perfect for a few photos!


The walk from the gondola to the ceremony site is paved but takes about 5-minutes on foot. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm, so we encourage you to allow plenty of time.

Attire

Formal: This is an occasion to dress up! Suit and tie for the gentleman and long dresses or chic cocktail attire for the ladies. The walkways are paved, so feel free to wear shoes of your liking.

The weather is unpredictable in Vail, so we kindly recommend bringing a warm layer or shawl for the gondola ride and outdoor ceremony.

Transportation

After the mountain ceremony, we’ll take the gondola back down and provide transportation to our Persian ceremony, where you’ll experience the traditions of Persian culture.

Experience the beauty and symbolism of the “Sofreh Aghd,” a rich cultural tradition where ancient and modern customs come together.

Now it's time to party! Get ready to hit the dance floor!

Transportation

Shuttles back to Vail Village begin at 9:15pm.

The celebration doesn’t stop! We’ll continue the fun back in Vail Village, where we’ve got the entire place to ourselves. Transportation will be provided to ensure everyone can join in the late-night festivities with ease.


NOTE: Guests will be required to check-in with ID.
