Most of the foreign nationals can get an e-visa for India if your country is eligible - check here to check. If eligible, apply online at least a couple of weeks before your flight and your e-visa (valid for 60 days) is emailed in 2-4 business days. How to reach Dehradun?
There are several daily indirect flights to Dehradun via Delhi. The nearest airport to Dehradun is Jolly Grant Airport.
Our suggestion is to book the international flights to Delhi separately and then book domestic flights from Delhi to Dehradun. Dehradun is a 6 hours scenic drive/train from Delhi – so if you want to travel through roadways/railways, that is also an option.
We'll arrange for transportation between the hotel and the venue before and after each event.
Uber (available in Delhi but not in Dehradun) and Ola-Cabs ride-sharing apps are available in the area and they are your best options to get to and from the airport. There are also local cabs to take you around.
Please share your travel plans once you finalize - so that you can coordinate with each other (and we can help you as much as possible) on pre/post wedding travel plans!
