We cannot wait to celebrate with you in beautiful Punta Cana! Below is important information regarding travel.
To make booking travel as seamless as possible, we have hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodations. We've chosen Live Aqua Punta Cana- All Inclusive for our wedding and we have arranged a room block for our guests.
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note
1. It is imperative that you book through our room block so that the resort knows you are with our wedding and invited to all wedding weekend events.
2. Only 1 person from your party needs to make a room reservation using the form below. Please do not have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.
3. Live Aqua Punta Cana is an adult-only property and the max occupancy per room is 3. All rooms have king beds or 2 double beds.
4. Transportation to and from the airport CAN be added when booking travel. This is recommended rather than ordering a cab or Uber.
5. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible!

The deposit is $100 dollars per person!

To start the reservation process, please use the link below. Deposit information will be required at time of booking. You must complete the reservation form in order to book your room.
*Completing the form does NOT charge your credit card the $50 deposit. You will be contacted via email by our travel agent to finalize your reservation and process your credit card for the deposit. Please be on the lookout for this email!*
If you require dates outside of what we have reserved or a room category not in the room block, please contact our travel agent first before submitting the reservation form.

To be considered part of the wedding group, you must book through the group rates and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We have negotiated competitive group rates and secured a room block to make booking as simple as possible. Additional fees will apply to visit the resort or come to wedding-related events should you book off the property. The pre-negotiated rates include all-inclusive hotel accommodations, hotel tax, and fees. Room categories are available on a first-come, first-serve basis within the block.Please see below for room categories.
• IMPORTANT: To book at these rates you are REQUIRED to stay a minimum of 3 nights.
• Rates are available 3-7 days pre/post the room block (based on availability)
• Any changes must be done in writing (via email) and changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront before they are confirmed.

The closest airport to the resort is PUNTA CANA. (PUJ).

We are not able to use credit card points or miles toward your flight.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE WEDDING?
The Dress code is semi formal. Men can expect to wear suits. Both the ceremony and reception will be outside but not on the beach.
WILL I NEED A PASSPORT?
Yes! A passport is needed to fly to and from the U.S. and Mexico - please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. I FOUND A CHEAPER PRICE ONLINE, CAN YOU MATCH IT?
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of our contracted rates, please allow us an opportunity to review and price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated in the block at the resort for accountability and organization for the staff. To expedite the process, please take a dated screen shot of what you found. It must include the final total price (with all taxes and fees), what the price includes (dates and room category), the website you found it on.
