Flights

We recommend flying into Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). From Sea-tac, you have many options to get to downtown Seattle: Light Rail, rideshare, carpool with other wedding guests, or car rental.

Accommodations

We don't have hotel blocks reserved to give everyone maximum flexibility. Below are a few hotels which we think would be fun to stay in or are conveniently located close to our venue.

There are also plenty of AirBnB/VRBO options in Seattle, but these will book up fast for the summer! If you'd like our opinion on where to stay in Seattle, feel free to reach out!

Dining

Ivar's Salmon House

Local seafood fast food joint Ivar's cleans up real nice with a sit down, fine dining experience on Lake Union about a mile from the venue. Of course they also have a walk up fish 'n chips window if that's more your speed.

The iconic 1950s Seattle drive-in burger joint, can't go wrong with a Deluxe, fries, and a shake. They have locations all over the city.

Shelter Lounge - Green Lake

A reliable early date spot for Andrew and Annie, this is a great place for a drink or dinner on a nice day - cool wood architecture and lots of light.

7110 East Green Lake Dr N, Seattle, WA 98115

Ravenna Brewing Company

A favorite spot near us that brews almost exclusively hazy IPAs.  There is a rotating food truck there every day during dinner time that is always fantastic.

5408 26th Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98105

Bongos

If you like Cuban sandwiches and pretending to be on the beach then come sit in the sand at the repurposed gas station and order a beer from the tiki bar while you wait.

6501 Aurora Ave N, Seattle, WA 98103

Eastlake Bar & Grill

Good food, a solid beer list and a gorgeous view of Lake Union on a sunny day!

Bale Breaker & Yonder Cider Taproom

Bale Breaker is Andrew's favorite beer (try the Top Cutter IPA)  and the location puts you in one of the great craft beer districts in America in the Ballard neighborhood. Really we could have put Reuben's, Stoup, Lucky Envelope or about 5 others, all within 2 blocks or so. Most have food trucks if you're hungry.

The Pub at Third Place

Right down the street from us, this cozy tavern has 18 beers on tap and great food. If you want a quiet dinner, this cave under the bookstore is the spot for you.

Columbia Tower Observatory

The Space Needle is always worth a trip but the views from the Columbia Tower are sneakily better. It's the tallest building in the city and worth a look around from 73 stories up. There's a bar at the top too!

700 4th Ave, Seattle, WA 98104

Space Needle/Chihuly Garden and Glass

These two iconic Seattle landmarks are right next to each other and both worth checking out. The Space Needle was made for the 1962 World's Fair and just had some glass floors installed. Dale Chihuly is a Seattle resident and world renowned glass artist.
