We will have shuttles running from the Hyatt Regency Monterey and Carmel Mission Inn for our wedding on Saturday, 10/16.

Shuttle schedule for pick-ups:

3pm: pick-up at Hyatt Regency Monterey

3:15pm: pick-up at Carmel Mission Inn

3:30pm: arrive at Carmel Valley Ranch

After the wedding, the shuttle bus will start running back to these hotels at the following intervals:

10pm depart from Carmel Valley Ranch

11pm depart from Carmel Valley Ranch

12am/midnight depart from Carmel Valley Ranch

Please note that the 12am shuttle will be the last one - if you are staying in Carmel or Monterey and would like to keep the party going past midnight (love it!), please plan to book a taxi or Uber ahead of time, as rideshare service will be limited in the late hours.

Carmel will be quite warm during the day, but once the sun goes down, it gets a little chilly.  We suggest bringing a warm jacket/shawl to ensure that you will be warm. 

The ceremony, cocktails and dinner will be held outdoors and on grass. There will also be a short walk from cocktails to the reception area. We would recommend choosing shoes that are conducive to both of these environments.
