Mike has been playing the Great Highland Bagpipe since growing up in Manitoba, Canada He has been active in performance and competitive events in Southern California for the past 20 years both as a soloist and with the University of California Riverside Pipe Band and formerly with R.P. Blandford Pipe Band. Mike performs at weddings, funerals, birthday parties as a soloist and Police, Fire, UCR functions, and parades with the UCR Pipe Band. Mike plays a variety of music from traditional to more modern bagpipe music.
