Situated on Port-Grimaud's market square in the town centre, Le Suffren Hôtel along with Résidence le Suffren is only a few steps from the beach. If you would prefer to rent a villa, we recommend you renting one that is close to the venue as St. Tropez traffic can be heavy and unpredictable. A villa between Port Grimaud and St Maxime is the ideal location. There are lots of villas surrounding Le Beauvallon Hotel. Below is a link to the venue's location for reference.  

This is the closest airport to fly to from both internationally or domestic. 

From Nice Airport there are a couple of options;

1. Rent a Car - It is about a 1.5 to 2.5 hours drive from Nice Airport depending on traffic. There will be parking at either Beauvallon or your hotel for the car during the event. (This option would be cheaper then a return trip in a taxi)

2. Train - You can take the train to St Raphael station which is the closest station, where you will easily find a taxi to take you to Beauvallon or one of the selected hotels. 

3. Taxi - Any taxi will be able to take you directly from the Airport to Beauvallon or one of the selected hotels. This should cost you around 300+ euros. If you are interested in organising a taxi, some contacts that we have used are;

For those that will be staying at one of the above recommended hotels, we will be providing a shuttle service to and from the main venue Le Beauvallon throughout the 3 days.  

While we understand that a lot of people will be travelling as a family we would like to kindly request that the Welcome drinks on the 26th and the Wedding and Reception on the 27th be child-free. We would like all of our guests to enjoy these events as much as possible. However, children will be more than welcome at the farewell brunch on the 28th and make use of the Beauvallon pool.

During the adult-only events children will be welcome to make use of the playroom and/or cinema at Beauvallon provided they will be accompanied by a babysitter.

While we request that there be no kids at the Welcome Drinks on the 26th and Wedding and Reception on the 27th, Le Beauvallon does have a very accomodating playroom for the young ones, as well as a games room and cinema within the building.

Childcare services can be arranged with prior notice. 

On the morning of the 27th of June (wedding morning) we will be organising boat transfers from Le Beauvallon across the bay to Saint Tropez for everyone to explore the town.
