This is where the ceremonies and reception will take place.

We have blocked a set of rooms at SpringHill Suites in Lenexa, KS 66219. 

Guests have the option of either a King Suite (1 king bed + a pull out couch) or a Queen Suite (2 queen beds + a pull out couch). 

If you are interested in a room, please let us know ASAP so we can make sure we have one for you. 

If you have some extra time while you are in town, here are a few things to do. 

All events will take place at Cedar Valley Forest. Both ceremonies will be outdoors, while the reception will be indoors.

Cedar Valley Forest is located at 29145 W 83rd St, De Soto, KS 66018.

Is there parking available?

Yes! There is an abundance of free parking. There will also be a parking attendant to assist.

You are welcome to leave your car overnight if you need to find an alternate way home after the reception, as long as it is moved by 10:30am Sunday morning.

The attire is semi-formal. Both ceremonies will be outdoor (wear comfortable shoes-especially in the AM), and the reception will be indoor. Please do not wear jeans!

There is no requirement to wear Indian clothing or American clothing specifically. We would like all guests to be comfortable with their attire.

When does the first event start?
The Baraat will begin promptly at 9:00am. Please plan to be parked by 8:45. The main gate will have to be closed before the Baraat can begin.

Yes. It is our sincerest wish that photos not be taken during our wedding ceremony. Please refrain from using your cell phone or personal camera to take photos. We truly appreciate our guests respecting this request. We will share the pictures we receive from our photographer.

Please RSVP ASAP to allow for vendor deadlines. 

Can I bring a plus one?

We have a strict guest list to accommodate venue limitations. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We are only able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

What should I do in the event that I can no longer attend?

We completely understand that unexpected things come up. Please let us know as soon as your plans have changed or you are no longer able to attend so we can make the necessary changes and let our catering staff know.

I am flying in for the wedding. What airport do I fly into?

The Kansas City Airport is called MCI. The airport is about 35 miles away from the hotel with room blocks.

No. We will have small snacks, appetizers, and dinner, but lunch will be on your own. This is a great time to try out Torchy's Tacos. It's one of our favorite restaurants that originated in Austin! Some other lunch options are:

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions (gluten -free, allergies, ect) let us know so we can accommodate you as best as possible.

What will be served at the reception?

Both Indian and American food will be provided at the reception.
