Alisha is currently working at Georgetown Medical School in DC as the Assistant Director of Student Learning.
Arina met Tanvi, Tarana, and Susamita night one of freshman year in 2011, and they have been friends turned sisters ever since. There aren't enough words to describe what these girls mean to Arina.
Tanvi is the friend who Arina can always confide in and count on to give advice with brutal honesty. Sometimes, Arina abuses Tanvi as her personal psychiatrist. Tanvi loves to dance, watch Bollywood movies (Hum Tum on repeat) and does not know any Top 40 songs!
Tanvi is currently completing her psychiatric residency in Rutger's University, and is soon to be their new child and adolescent psychiatry fellow!
Arina has always looked up to Susamita. She is funny, incredibly smart, and a world traveler. More importantly, Susamita once saved Arina's life during a water fight at the dorms (ask Tanvi what she did). Susamita is Arina's favorite shopping buddy and bengali sister.
Susamita is currently a pediatric resident at Children Mercy Hospital in KC, and soon to be an Allergy Immunology fellow!

Tarana is the friend that Arina could always count on to meet her for a 6am starbucks study date ( turned into 12 hour gossip session). Without her, Arina would have never made it through medical school. When they weren't studying, Tarana always knew how to have a good time & made Arina wish she were Punjabi.
Tarana is currently a Radiology resident at Beth Israel Hospital/Harvard Medical School in Boston.
Arina was so lucky that Cat happened to sit near her during residency orientation, and quickly became Arina's first friend in Miami. Cat is always there when you need her, and makes Miami feel like "home". Arina probably wouldn't be able to survive residency without Cat. When they aren't working, Cat and Arina love going for bottomless brunches in Miami & finding new restaurants to eat at with Rob & Ankit.
Cat is currently an Anesthesiology resident at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami.
Neil is currently completing his medicine residency in Atlanta at Emory.
Jacob is a very close friend of Arina and me from medical school in Kansas City. He loves food but is currently trying a "no-carb" diet so he might be too upset to talk to you.
Jacob currently lives with his wife, Paulette in St. Louis while completing his medicine residency at Washington University.
