We will be celebrating our marriage at Hogarths Hotel, Four Ashes Road, Dorridge, Solihull, B93 8QE.

If you are planning on staying at the hotel you can book a preferential rate by advising you will be attending the party organised by Jessica Bailey. Alternatively there are multiple hotels in the area including The Regency Hotel, The Premier Inn Solihull and The Forest Dorridge.

There is secure, free parking on site.

Andy and I are staying from the 9th of May to 23rd, our exact flightts are below.

Of course we would LOVE for you to be with us for the whole time but we appreciate this isn't always possible. Take a look at the details below and please book what works well for you. The main wedding date is, of course, the most important - but we will also have some small events on the 16th May (pre-party), 18th May (wedding day) and 19th May (after party) if you plan to come for a couple of days before and after! 

We are travelling from Birmingham airport on the 9th May 2022, returning on the 23rd of May 2022 (14 nights)

OUTBOUND FLIGHT: TOM7166, departing BHX at 06:00 and landing in IBZ at 09:30

INBOUND FLIGHT: TOM 7167, departing IBZ at 10:55 and landing in BHX at 12:25

Due to COVID-19 many tour operators and companies are now cancelling flights OR rebooking proactively without charge. Please consult your provider before making any changes

Many tour operators fly regularly from UK to Ibiza. Departure airports include Birmingham, East Midlands, Luton, Heathrow, Stanstead and Manchester. 

If the times we have selected wont work for you please take a look and, once you have booked, send us a note with your flight details.

The average flight time is around 2 hours and 15 minutes.

We have decided to stay in the beautiful town of Cala Tarida,  20 minutes from San Antonio & 30 minutes from Playa Den Bossa.

You can book flights & accomodation as a package with TUI or book with the hotel directly. As with flights, many operators are now moving pre-booked holidays. Please contact them before amending your booking to ensure you are not overcharged.

Please Note: The name of the hote when booking via TUI has changed to "TUI BLUE Tarida Beach" (formally, TUI Sensatori). The name of the hotel when booking directly is the same as the above

We have found our preferred hotel detailed above however, please feel free to stay anywhere that suits you. 

Ibiza boasts over 800 hotels and many beautiful places to stay including Playa Den Bossa, Es Cana, St.Eulalia and many more. All hotels operate a tourist tax and can vary in price depending on your location. 

Closer to the wedding we will be in touch to understand where you are staying and any travel arrangements for the day. 

On the day of the Ibizan ceremony we will be organising group collections & drop offs from as far as San Antonio. If you are staying in another town we will advise of the nearest pick up point closer to the time.

Please keep us updated on your travel plans once they are booked to help us in organising this.

Other transportation from the airport or during your stay you will need to organise. Ibiza has a good local bus and taxi service but you are best to book any taxi's in advance.

Sadly our wedding venue in Ibiza only allows a small number of children for safety reasons, because of this children will not be invited to the wedding day, unless this is already arranged with you.

Children are welcome to join us for all other events. If you will be bringing you children we suggest enquiring at your hotel for a local babysitting service, these are common on the island. 

For the UK Ceremony at Hogarths we ask that leave the kiddies at home so that moms & dads get time to have a break and unwind too! If this is a problem please get in touch!
