1. What are the Covid-19 policies for Italy?



Ans: Starting from June 1, 2022, travelers to Italy will no longer be required to show the Green pass (i.e. Anti-COVID 19 vaccination certificate or recovery certificate, or a negative swab test) to enter Italy and are not subject to quarantine upon arrival to Italy.



Is a negative COVID-19 test (PCR and/or serology) required for entry to Italy? No



Are health screening procedures in place at airports and other ports of entry? No





2. What are the Covid-19 requirements for returning to the United States?



Ans: As of 12:01AM ET on June 12, 2022, air passengers will not need to get tested and show a negative COVID-19 test result or show documentation of recovery from COVID-19 prior to boarding a flight to the United States regardless of vaccination status or citizenship.





3. What airport should we fly into?



Ans: Florence International Airport (FLR).



4. How far is FLR to Tuscany?



Ans: By car, the drive from Florence Airport to Tuscany is 1 hour.



5. When should we arrive?



Ans: Please try to book your ticket for arrival to Italy by Friday Sept. 16th 2022 (or before) as we have an evening event planned for everyone that day.



6. Is the wedding a Black Tie event?



Ans: Yes. The wedding is a Black Tie, Native Attire, or Formal wear event. 



7. Is transportation provided?



Ans: Below you will find our preferred transportation company. Call them once you have your arrival time to set up your transportation to/from your hotel. Please book in advance.
