We recommend staying somewhere in Santa Barbara for the wedding weekend. The Welcome Party and Farewell Brunch will all be held in Santa Barbara, and for the wedding at Sunstone Villa, shuttles will be provided to the venue from Santa Barbara.

The bride and groom will be staying at the Ritz Carlton in Santa Barbara. This is also where the Welcome Party and the Farewell Brunch will take place. While we do not have a public room block, you are able to go on their website and book a room directly if you wish. If you go this route and have a Triple A membership, be sure to select the AAA rate as it saves you significant money per night.

We are offering a room block at the Courtyard Marriott Goleta at a rate of $289 per night. The Courtyard is less than 10 minutes away from the Ritz. To book under the block, click the link below and reserve by March 30, 2023 or until rooms are filled. 

Hotel Virginia is a Hilton hotel right in downtown Santa Barbara. While we do not have a room block here, it is in a great location, within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. 

There are 2 airports you can fly into - Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) and Los Angeles (LAX).

Santa Barbara Airport is about 15 minutes from downtown and Goleta/The Ritz Carlton. Airlines that fly into SBA include American Airlines, Southwest, and United.

Los Angeles is anywhere from an hour and a half to two hours away from Santa Barbara, depending on traffic. However, there are many more flight options at typically more affordable rates. If you fly into LAX, we recommend renting a car or clicking the link below to book a shuttle that will take you from LAX to Santa Barbara.

The wedding will be held from 4:00pm - 11:30pm and transportation will be provided from the the Ritz-Carlton, Courtyard Marriott Goleta, and Hotel Virginia downtown to Sunstone Villa. Please board the shuttle at the location you indicted on your rsvp card. Sunstone Villa is a 45 minute
drive from all hotels and the shuttles will begin boarding at 2:30pm to leave promptly at 2:45pm. To return at the end of the night, there will be shuttles leaving at 10:00pm and 11:30pm.
If you miss the shuttle and would like to secure an Uber on your own, the address for Sunstone Villa is 125 Refugio Road in Santa Ynez. Ubers are a possibility but not always readily available. If you miss the shuttle and would like the shuttle to return for you, you must text the phone number below with your names and pick up location (Ritz-Carlton, Courtyard Marriott, or Hotel Virginia). Please note that if you miss the shuttle and request it comes back, you will arrive at Sunstone after the ceremony and cocktail hour have ended.
