We can't thank you enough for choosing to celebrate our big day with us in Mexico!
We have chosen to host our wedding at the Finest Resort in Playa Mujeres- Cancun, Mexico- a 5 Star All Inclusive, Private and Gated Resort located just 25 minutes north of the Cancun Airport.
This is a family friendly resort and kids are invited to all events.
All wedding festivities will be on the property.
John and Amelia will be arriving Tuesday 02/21 and the wedding will be held Friday 02/24
** Please note hotel rooms are being booked up quickly due to the amount of weddings that were rescheduled due to covid. Rooms are fully refundable and payment will not be charged until 30 days prior to the reservation, so we recommend booking asap. **
Resort Policy: All wedding guests must stay at the resort.
Because the resort is highly secured, those who do not have room reservations are not allowed on the premises.
If you want to join us for any or all events, please follow booking instructions.
A group rate with airport transfers have been secured for you to join us on our special day.
It is extremely important that all directions are followed to secure your room and attendance to the wedding and all festivities included.
** Please note any changes to dates or rooms after booking will result in losing the promo code. Please make sure all details are final before booking**
STEP 1: Go to the resort website linked here
STEP 2: Enter the dates you will be staying, the number of guests and the promo code TTWFEB23FPM
STEP 3: Choose your room preference. (Information on club room vs non-club rooms included below) If staying 3+ nights make sure you are on the events rate and free transfer tab. This will include roundtrip private transportation from the airport to the hotel**
STEP 4: Make sure that a Box indicates “Promo-Code Applied: “ TTWFEB23FPM ” underneath the room category description.
STEP 5: Click “Book Now”, Fill in your information, Click "Confirm Booking" to complete your reservation and you are all set! Payment is not due until 30 days prior to booking. **Please make sure the credit card used for booking will be valid 30 days ahead or the payment will not go through and your reservation may be cancelled**
STEP 6: Email room reservation number to Amelia at agray119@gmail.com
STEP 7: Once flights are booked, contact transfers@seasonstours.com with your flight information and reservation number to schedule your transfer.
We recommend staying 3-4 Nights to join in on all the fun! All food, drinks and top shelf alcoholic beverages are included. *Round Trip Airport Transfers are also included only when you book through our wedding party promo code*

Please note that there is a strict dinner attire at the restaurants. T-shirts, tank tops, shorts, and flip flops are not allowed for dinner. Men should make sure to pack collared shirts (polos, button downs) and long pants.

To participate in all wedding festivities, we recommend an arrival of Wednesday, 02/22/2023. Our wedding ceremony and reception will take place on Friday, 02/24/2023.

When booking your flights, you should plan to fly into CANCUN Airport (CUN).
Airlines/Flight Details
Your passport must be valid 6 months from return date
Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check in. If you do not have a passport: Click here for information on how to apply
