Schedule - subject to change

415pm - Transportation to arrive at Westlake Village Inn

430pm - Transportation to leave Westlake Village

4:45pm - Arrive at Calamigos Ranch

5:15pm - Ceremony (at the Birchwood Room)

5:30pm - Cocktail Hour

7:00pm - Dinner

9:30pm Early Transportation to Leave Venue and go back to Westlake Village Inn 

10:30pm Reception over and Transportation to Leave Venue for the After Party at Bogies (Bogies is on the property of Westlake Village Inn)

We have spoken to you all about this, but just a reminder that this is a 21+ event. We are happy to help you find a babysitter.

After Party Details

The shuttle bus will be taking us back to the Westlake Village Inn where we can walk right over to Bogies (it's next door). This is not required but we would love to have you! We will be getting bottle service and need a headcount in order to know which table(s) to get.
