Accommodations And Rates
Traditional rooms are all located on the first, second and third floor of the Pines, which is directly across the street from the Main Building.
Bed arrangements varies, including; 1 full (double) bed, 1 queen bed, 1 king bed, 2 twins bed, or 2 full (double) beds. The size of Traditional rooms varies. Bed arrangements can only be guaranteed by contacting the hotel directly, prior to making a reservation. All of the rooms have a private bathroom, TV, and telephone. Many Traditional rooms have a balcony with chairs, but not all of them. Traditional rooms are our most economical rooms and DO NOT have air conditioning. These rooms are non-smoking and NO pets allowed.
Maximum occupancy for these rooms are 2 people, including all adults and children.
Single Occupancy: $78.00 per night
Double Occupancy: $126.00 per night

Traditional Plus rooms are all located in the Tamarack and Pines, on the first, second and third floors.
Bed arrangements varies, including; 1 full (double) bed, 1 queen bed, 1 king bed, 2 twins bed, or 2 full (double) beds. Bed arrangements can only be guaranteed by contacting the hotel directly, prior to making a reservation. All of the rooms have air conditioning, a private bathroom, TV, and telephone. Most Traditional Plus rooms have in room wi-fi access and balcony with chairs, but not all of them.
The maximum occupancy for these rooms ranges from 2 people to 2 adults and 2 children, depending on the type of beds are in the room.

Main Building rooms are all on the second floor and are a comfortable size, at 320 square feet. Each room has 2 double (full size) beds or 1 king bed, air conditioning, LCD flat-screen TV, compact refrigerator, balcony with chairs, and alarm clock radio. Main Building rooms feature furniture and style as the infamous Waldorf Astoria. Like all of our rooms, these rooms are non-smoking and NO pets allowed. Half of the rooms overlook the pool, and the other half have a roof view, view not guaranteed. Most Main Building rooms have a recently renovated bathroom.

Evergreen Lodge Standard rooms are all located on the first and second floor of the south facing wing of the Evergreen, and have an amazing view of the great Northern Catskill Mountains and overlook Windham Country Club. Featuring Colonial American style decor and furniture, which complements the area, Evergreen Lodge Standard rooms are about 330 square fee. Half of the rooms have 1 king bed and the other half have 2 double (full size) beds.
All Evergreen Lodge/Standard rooms have air conditioning, Wi-Fi access in room, a 32″ LCD flat-screen TV, balcony with chairs and a view of Windham Country Club, compact refrigerator, telephone, and alarm clock radio.

Featuring Colonial American style decor and furniture, which complements our area. Evergreen II/Deluxe rooms are quite large, at about 480 square feet.
These rooms feature air conditioning, Wi-Fi access in room, a 32″ LCD flat-screen TV, balcony with chairs and a view of Windham Country Club, compact refrigerator, telephone, and alarm clock radio.
PLEASE NOTE: there is one Evergreen II/Deluxe room, which does not have a golf course view or balcony. Please contact us directly if you need a room with a balcony.

With about 625 square feet of space, Evergreen/Junior Suites are some of the largest rooms and have plenty of space for families of up to 2 adults and 3 children. Featuring Colonial American style decor and furniture, which complements our area, these rooms have 2 queen beds and a pull-out sofa bed.
All Evergreen/Junior Suites have air conditioning, Wi-Fi access in room, 40″ LCD flat-screen TV, balcony with a view of Windham Country Club, compact refrigerator, telephone and alarm clock radio.

Jacuzzi Suites are located on the second floor of the Evergreen, where the two wings come together. These are our largest rooms at about 635 square feet of space, for families of up to 2 adults and 3 children maximum. These rooms have 2 queen beds and a pull-out sofa bed, as well as a 2 person Jacuzzi in the room.
All Jacuzzi Suites have air conditioning, Wi-Fi access in room, one 40″ or two 32” LCD flat-screen TV(s), compact refrigerator, telephone and alarm clock radio. Featuring Colonial American style decor and furniture, which complements our area.
One Jacuzzi Suite features a sitting area with a pull-out-sofa-bed, separate from the bedroom.

Of course there is the independent Air B&B option, and there are lots cozy and affordable options in the area.
How ever our shuttles will only be making departures from the Thompson house to and from Windham Manor. We just want to make you aware that Ubers arent really abundant Windham, and we don't recommend drinking and driving on the winding mountain roads.
