From NYC: Metro North from Grand Central to New Haven Union Street Station, then transfer to Shoreline East line to Old Saybrook, CT

Hartford Bradley International Airport (BDL) - 1 hour by car
Rhode Island T.F. Green Airport (PVD) - 1 hour by car
NY (JFK or LGA) - 2 hours by car
Boston Logan Airport (BOS) - 2 hours by car
By Ferry
If you’re traveling from Long Island, you may want to skip the traffic by taking the Port Jefferson ferry to Bridgeport, CT and then driving ~1 hour. Be sure to reserve your vehicle ticket in advance as ferry spots book quickly in the summer!
