Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun
Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Cancun, Mexico! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. We've chosen to stay at the Live Aqua Beach Resort - Cancun, and would encourage you to stay with us! To make things simple, Kristina Parrish (Allie's Mom) will be handling all the travel details.
Live Aqua Beach Resort is a fully-renovated, upscale, adults- only, all-inclusive beachfront resort from La Colección. The resort is specially designed to overindulge each one of your senses, including in-room aromatherapy. Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun is located just 20 minutes from Cancun Airport, right at the heart of the hotel zone, across the street from La Isla Shopping Village.
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below.
2. At Live Aqua Beach Resort we recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. Quotes below are the TOTAL price for the room based on the occupancy and room type. Quotes for suites with Aqua Club access are available upon request.
3. A Family- Friendly option is available at The Westin Resort & Spa located right next to Live Aqua Beach Resort.
4. Passports are required for International travel.
5. Travel during Covid - 19 continues to be fluid, we will keep you up to date on any new regulations if they arise.

PASSPORTS: Everyone, including children and infants, MUST have a VALID passport to travel internationally (not Passport Card). Failure to comply will result in denial of boarding, no refund, no exceptions (out of the USA).
Travel by Groups is NOT responsible for passports in ANY way.
Passports are required to be valid for 6 months from your return date.
Your Passport Number is NOT required to book your room or flight. As long as the Legal name matches your airplane ticket and your passport is valid at the time of travel you are good to go. You may leave the passport number and expiration date blank but please do not forget to make sure it’s not expired.
We kindly ask that you arrive at the resort no later than Friday, July 9, 2021 to take full advantage of the weekend's festivities we have planned for you.
Airport - Cancun International Airport (CUN)
Transportation to and from the airport(CUN) to the Live Aqua Beach Resort will be available. Private transfers for wedding guests will be available.
Please estimate $30 - $40 per person for the transfers. The exact amount will be provided when we have all the flight details for the wedding group. Payment for the transfers will be due around 30 days from arrival.

IMPORTANT DATES:
1. A minimum one-night deposit is due no later than February 28th, 2021, in order to secure your room at the group rate.
2. A 2- Night deposit is due by April 5, 2021. No worries, we will email you reminders.
