Welcome to Hyatt Ziva Cancun Resort

We are SO excited to have you join us for our destination wedding! To make things simple, we have hired a travel designer to help our guests arrange their accommodations at the resort. We have chosen to have our wedding at Hyatt Ziva Cancun, and cannot wait to celebrate with our family and friends.

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only 1 person from your party should complete the booking reservation form below. Do not send in multiple forms for your party.

2. This is an all inclusive resort. The prices listed will include your room, food, beverages (including alcohol), daily & nightly entertainment, and transportation to the resort and back to the Cancun airport.

3. Attending our wedding means you also get a fabulous personal vacation. You are welcome to stay at the resort as long as you'd like. To ensure you don't miss any of the wedding festivities, please arrive NO LATER than Thursday May 12, and leave no earlier than Saturday, May 14.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please complete your reservation as soon as possible! We are holding discounted rooms for our guests, but guests must be booked by December 1, 2021!

Availability note: We may run out of certain room types within our room block before Dec 1. If you're really wanting a particular room type, please submit your reservation request ASAP so we can add more rooms if needed. This resort is very popular and tends to sell out.

Children 0 - 2 are free when staying with 2 paid adults.

Children 3 - 12 pay a nightly rate of $88 per child.

Children 13 and over are considered adults.

The resort allows a max of 4 people in most rooms.

The prices below are based on double occupancy (2 adults sharing 1 room). If there are more than 2 people in your room, the rate per person lowers slightly. Once you submit your booking form, you will receive an invoice with the rates for the triple or quad occupancy!

The resort charges a large "single supplement". Essentially, if a room only has 1 individual, they will pay the equivalent of 2 people. It is highly recommended that everyone share a room to avoid the single supplement.

**On the reservation form, you'll be asked if you'd like a king bed or 2 queens. While we do everything we can to accommodate those requests, bedding type is NOT guaranteed. There is a pullout sofa in all king bed rooms should you end up with a king, but need more than 1 bed.

All guests will need to fly into the Cancun International Airport (CUN).

Many people have airline points, miles, travel vouchers, etc. For ultimate flexibility for our guests, our travel designer will handle room accommodations and transfers.

We encourage you to book your own flights with your favorite airline. We recommend booking your flights as early as you can for best rates.

I'm Kasey Wynn, owner of Dazzling Getaways. Destination weddings are my passion, and nothing lights me up more than helping couples plan their special day in paradise.

My goal is to make this booking process easy and fun for all the guests. I want you to worry less about travel arrangements and more about what drink you will order when you hit that swim up bar.

We all hope that by 2022, covid will be a distant memory. There is no way to know exactly what the future holds, however Hyatt Ziva Cancun has been doing an amazing job with their sanitation protocols to keep guests safe.

With the current CDC mandate, guests must take a covid test 72 hrs before boarding their flight back to the US. Hyatt Ziva Cancun is offering free & discounted tests on property without ever having to leave the property.

If someone should test positive, Hyatt Ziva is currently offering to allow the positive patient to stay at the property for a discounted rate up to 14 days. Travel insurance will also give you up to $4k per person coverage for quarantine.

We encourage you to ask our travel designer all of your covid-travel related questions. She is happy to address all of your concerns, and ensure you are fully informed before making your decision to book your trip!

As 2020 has shown us time and time again, you just never know what will happen.

The booking reservation form has a section to opt in for travel insurance. We HIGHLY recommend you consider adding insurance to your package. Travel insurance is two fold:

1) It protects you should you need to cancel BEFORE your trip for a covered reason.

2) It protects you DURING your trip, should you need emergency medical treatment / quarantine for COVID-19 / etc.

Dazzling Getaways recommends Travel Insured International for travel insurance. If you opt in for a travel insurance quote on your booking form, Dazzling Getaways will send you a customized quote for your trip.

It is your responsibility to purchase the policy from the quote email you receive. Dazzling Getaways is not a licensed travel insurance agent, and is not involved in the processing of travel insurance claims.
