Although we adore your children, due to space constraints we ask that only adults attend.

Many families plan to bring child care with them. If you are in need of a sitter, please reach out and we will try to help you coordinate care with another family. 

There is no parking at the venue. Please plan to take the shuttles from either Steamboat Grand or Holiday Inn.

There will be complimentary shuttle services to Bella Vista from the Holiday Inn and Steamboat Grand beginning at 3:15pm.

Shuttle services back to The Holiday Inn and Steamboat Grand will begin at 9:30pm.
