Important Information About The Venue
Once you arrive at Arapahoe Basin, please make your way to The 6th Alley restaurant located at the base of the ski lift. Feel free to grab a drink at the bar and mingle! The Arapahoe Basin staff will notify you when it is time to upload onto the chairlift.
Black Mountain Lodge is located at 11,500 ft elevation and is surrounded by the breathtaking peaks of the Continental Divide.
In order to get to the venue, you will use the Arapahoe Basin chairlift. The chairlift is used primarily during ski season. However, during the off season, the lift is reduced to a slower speed giving you a smooth 3 to 5 minute ride to the top of the mountain where the venue is located.
About 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, guests will be given the ok to start loading up onto the chairlift. The chairlift can hold 4 adults across and there is a safety bar that you may pull down, but is not required in order to ride. There are no age restrictions for riding the chairlift. However, please make sure young children are accompanied by an adult while riding the chairlift. At the end of the night, you will ride the chairlift back down the mountain.
*If you need any assistance getting on/off of the chairlift, please notify any member of the wedding party or Arapahoe Basin staff and we can certainly help in any way!

There will be Arapahoe Basin ski patrol staff on site at the venue for any medical needs. Please make sure to notify Arapahoe Basin staff or a wedding party member of any medical needs.
